Sec. 1-30. No all night parking.
(a) It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle, other than one acting in an emergency or one actually engaged in loading or unloading, to park said vehicle on any street of the city from November 1st to April 1st of each year between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(b) It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle, to park said vehicle in public parking lots from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. except during snow plowing and removal operations. During snow plowing and removal operations parking shall be prohibited between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
(c) Vehicles found to be in violation of these parking prohibitions will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Section 8-41 of the Easthampton City Ordinances requires that landowners clear sidewalks along their property within 12 hours after the end of a storm. The Police Department may issue fines to those who fail to comply with this ordinance. 2010 Dog Licenses NOW on Sale!

Easthampton dog licenses for 2010 are now on sale in the City Clerk's Office. The cost is $10 for a spayed/neutered dog and $15 for an unspayed/unneutered dog. Proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination and spaying/neutering is required unless we have that information on file.
At the bottom of your 2010 municipal census form there is dog license renewal stub. If you would like your dog's license mailed to you, please send the completed form, a check made payable to the "City of Easthampton", appropriate rabies vaccination and neutering/spaying documentation and a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE to: City Clerk, 50 Payson Ave., Easthampton, MA 01027.
